Case Description In April 2016, the International Union of Food Workers (IUF) filed a complaint at the UK National Contact Point against British American Tobacco (BAT) for its failure to avoid and address abuses of migrant farmworkers in the United States in its supply chain and to undertake due diligence in this regard.
Developments On 1 August 2016, the UK National Contact Point accepted the complaint.
